What is the procedure to make an application for a permanent/temporary security pass?
Procedure to Apply for Permanent/Temporary Security Pass
a) Permanent Security Pass
- Issued for all officers and staff of Prime Minister’s Department (Bangunan Perdana Putra dan Kompleks Jabatan Perdana Menteri) -
Applicant must submit :
b) Tempory Security Pass
- Applicants must submit:
ii)All application form must have :
-the signature of Head Of Department / Agency / Corporation
- the signature of the Head of Department where regular business is conducted
iii) Payment of RM60 for each new application –
If I am a visitor and have dealings with the Department / Agency in the Prime Minister Department Administration Complex, what is the procedure / rules that I have to follow?
