SEKSYEN PEMANTAUAN PROJEK 1 & PENYELARASAN BAJET PEMBANGUNAN
  1. Menyelaras dan memantau pelaksanaan projek-projek pembangunan bagi jabatan/ agensi;
  2. Menyelaras permohonan projek, Notis Perubahan (NOC) bagi jabatan/ agensi;
  3. Membantu menyelaras semakan anggaran dan unjuran Belanja Pembangunan Tahunan bagi jabatan/ agensi di bawah JPM;
  4. Memantau pelaksanaan projek-projek RMK & Projek adhoc dibawah JPM.
  5. Menyelaras semakan anggaran dan unjuran Belanja Pembangunan Tahunan bagi semua jabatan/ agensi di bawah JPM;
  6. Mengurus permohonan kelulusan pindah peruntukan, agihan peruntukan dan permohonan tambahan peruntukan pembangunan bagi jabatan/ agensi di bawah JPM untuk dikemukakan kepada Agensi Pusat;
  7. Menyediakan bayaran baucar dan penyaluran waran;
  8. Menyediakan laporan perbelanjaan bulanan pembangunan bagi jabatan/ agensi untuk dikemukakan kepada Agensi Pusat;
  9. Menyelaras PFI I, II, IIA jabatan/ agensi

Function
  1. Plan, manage, coordinate the preparation and maintenance of office needs and facilities.
  2. Administer, coordinate and monitor the management of Government Movable Assets and Stores
  3. Implement and provide advisory services and support in record and documentation management, security systems and library services.
  4. Provide effective services in secretarial meetings, welfare and sports.

  1. To plan, coordinate, manage and monitor Operating Budget preparation for Departments and Agencies under the PMD (B06), execute and supervise expenditures in accordance to financial policies, directives, rules and procedures.
  2. To plan, manage, coordinate and monitor Government’s assets management for the PMD.

  1. To provide services in the management of receipts, payments, salaries, loans, advances and financial and accounting information.
  2. To manage and administer the electronic accounting systems.
  3. To ensure the comprehensiveness of internal control for all accounting transactions.
  4. 98% of payment run completed within 2 working days from the date the voucher (Arahan Pembayaran) was approved (Peraku II).

  1. To plan, implement and report findings of auditing for Departments and Agencies under the PMD.
  2. To advices Departments and Agencies under the PMD on financial management issues.

    1. Ensuring the best governance is implemented.
    2. Ensuring the culture, institutinalization and implementation of integrity in the organization. 
    3. Detect and verift complaints of criminal misconduct and violations of the organization's code of conduct and ethics and ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken.
    4. Reporting criminal misconduct to responsible enforcement agencies.
    5. Receive and take action on all complaints/information regarding criminal misconduct and violations of the organization's code of conduct and ethics.
    6. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    7. Perform secretarial functions of the Disciplinary Board.

  1. To develop, maintain and monitor application systems and websites that support PMD functions and operations.
  2. To manage operations dan infrastructure of network, data centre and ICT security.
  3. To provide and maintain ICT hardware and technical support services.
  4. To coordinate and monitor procurement, development and implementation of ICT projects.
  5. To updates, oversees and manages the implementation of HRMIS and iGFMAS at the departmental level.

  2. Coordinating inputs and response from departments/agencies under JPM to the House of Representatives and the Senate

    1. Prime Minister’s Department Management Meeting;
    2. Deputy Senior Secretary-General Management Meeting;
  5. To Coordinate and facilitate the preparation of General Circular from departments / agencies under JPM;
  6. Secretariat of JPM Open Data Meeting
  7. Formulate and coordinate new policies and revise existing policy of departments / agencies under JPM
  8. Regulating Government Statutory Bodies and Government-Owned Companies under JPM; To devise and monitor the implementation of JPM's Strategic Plan;
  9. To coordinate and monitor the Strategic Framework to JPM’s Outcome Based Budgeting (OBB);
  10. To coordinate and monitor JPM’s Public Sector Transformation Plan;
  11. To coordinate, monitor and facilitate the performance of JPM’s Top Management KPIs;
  12. To facilitate the establishment and dissolution of agencies under JPM;
  13. To coordinate and monitor MyPerformance and MyPortfolio;
  14. To devise and implement innovation initiatives of the following programs:
    1. Hari Inovasi dan Kecemerlangan (HIK) JPM
    2. Kumpulan Kreatif dan Inovatif (KIK)
    3. Anugerah Inovasi JPM
  15. To devise, implement and monitor initiatives/programs under the MS ISO 9001: 2015 certification;
  16. To coordinate and monitor JPM’s Client Charter compliance;
  17. To coordinate and monitor the implementation of Star Rating Index (SSR) and Ekosistem Sektor Awam (EKSA) of departments/agencies under JPM;
