SEKSYEN PEMANTAUAN PROJEK 1 & PENYELARASAN BAJET PEMBANGUNAN
- Menyelaras dan memantau pelaksanaan projek-projek pembangunan bagi jabatan/ agensi;
- Menyelaras permohonan projek, Notis Perubahan (NOC) bagi jabatan/ agensi;
- Membantu menyelaras semakan anggaran dan unjuran Belanja Pembangunan Tahunan bagi jabatan/ agensi di bawah JPM;
- Memantau pelaksanaan projek-projek RMK & Projek adhoc dibawah JPM.
- Menyelaras semakan anggaran dan unjuran Belanja Pembangunan Tahunan bagi semua jabatan/ agensi di bawah JPM;
- Mengurus permohonan kelulusan pindah peruntukan, agihan peruntukan dan permohonan tambahan peruntukan pembangunan bagi jabatan/ agensi di bawah JPM untuk dikemukakan kepada Agensi Pusat;
- Menyediakan bayaran baucar dan penyaluran waran;
- Menyediakan laporan perbelanjaan bulanan pembangunan bagi jabatan/ agensi untuk dikemukakan kepada Agensi Pusat;
- Menyelaras PFI I, II, IIA jabatan/ agensi

- Plan, manage, coordinate the preparation and maintenance of office needs and facilities.
- Administer, coordinate and monitor the management of Government Movable Assets and Stores
- Implement and provide advisory services and support in record and documentation management, security systems and library services.
- Provide effective services in secretarial meetings, welfare and sports.

- To plan, coordinate, manage and monitor Operating Budget preparation for Departments and Agencies under the PMD (B06), execute and supervise expenditures in accordance to financial policies, directives, rules and procedures.
- To plan, manage, coordinate and monitor Government’s assets management for the PMD.

- To manage and administer the electronic accounting systems.

- Detect and verift complaints of criminal misconduct and violations of the organization's code of conduct and ethics and ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken.
- Reporting criminal misconduct to responsible enforcement agencies.
- Receive and take action on all complaints/information regarding criminal misconduct and violations of the organization's code of conduct and ethics.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform secretarial functions of the Disciplinary Board.

- Regulating Government Statutory Bodies and Government-Owned Companies under JPM; To devise and monitor the implementation of JPM's Strategic Plan;
- To coordinate and monitor the Strategic Framework to JPM’s Outcome Based Budgeting (OBB);
- To coordinate and monitor JPM’s Public Sector Transformation Plan;
- To coordinate, monitor and facilitate the performance of JPM’s Top Management KPIs;
- To facilitate the establishment and dissolution of agencies under JPM;
- To coordinate and monitor MyPerformance and MyPortfolio;
- To devise and implement innovation initiatives of the following programs:
- Hari Inovasi dan Kecemerlangan (HIK) JPM
- Kumpulan Kreatif dan Inovatif (KIK)
- Anugerah Inovasi JPM
- To devise, implement and monitor initiatives/programs under the MS ISO 9001: 2015 certification;
- To coordinate and monitor JPM’s Client Charter compliance;
- To coordinate and monitor the implementation of Star Rating Index (SSR) and Ekosistem Sektor Awam (EKSA) of departments/agencies under JPM;
